Welcome to the first Stamp Spot Blog Hop!

This weekend, we'd love to share with you some inspiration for this months craft challenge (kids) , and also a chance to win some awesome prizes!  At each stop along the way, read the post carefully, as each blog will have a fun question for you to answer. Answer the question to go in the draw for the prize from each blog!

If you've come from Jess T's , you're on the right track, if not, head to The Stamp Spot blog, and start from the beginning!

Next on the list is the lovely Janet at Paper Card and Stamps
Good luck!

So, here is my question:

What is YOUR favourite Easter indulgence? Mine HAS to be Cadbury Creme Eggs! And I have to lick the gooey goodness out then eat the chocolate!!

But, what is a blog post without any pictures, right??!

Well here is my take on this month's challenge, kids projects. Head on over here to enter your kid's themed project.

I have coloured this little guy (who came from Pink Gem Designs over on Etsy) with Copic markers and used papers from my stash, a Stampin' Up stamp (sentiment) and die and also some good old walnut stain distress ink with my blender tool. And, how can I forget, my tiny attacher also by Tim!

I meant to write down which Copic's I used but (no big surprise here!!) I forgot :( If anyone is interested though just leave the question in your comment and I will have a hunt for it for you :)

As always, thanks for stopping by and best of luck with the random draw for an awesome prize from the amazing Michelle over at The Stamp Spot!

  1. such a fun image, Melinda! Great Colouring of it, and love your card layout!

  2. Too cute Melinda! Love that little guy! Thanks for your contribution to the blog hop :)

  3. That little dragon boy image is so cute, Melinda and you have coloured him perfectly!

Did you hear that they have Cadbury Creme Egg Ice Cream in the UK? Now that would be yummy!!! :)

  4. ah this is so darn cute Melinda - that dragon is absolutely adorable :)

  5. Lovely cute card Melinda. Unfortunately I don't have an Easter indulgence. I can't eat chocolate as I am allergic to it. But we had an Easter egg hunt for my 4 grand daughters and had a good time looking for them and then eating them.

  6. oooo, this card is amazing! LOVE the vibrant colour and the image is adorable! My favourite eggs are the ones from Daryl Lee which are massive and filled with different goodies. The one I like the best is filled with Crunchie chocolate! xx

  7. Ultimate Easter indulgence...would just be that there is no excuse during easter for me NOT to eat chocolate :)

But Im with you Melinda - Creme Eggs are awesome!

  8. Cute card, and white eggs of course.

  9. What a cute card.. Love the image!! I love aything from Lindt especially the white choc easter egg!!! YUM! HUgsxx

  10. Such a cute image and love the colouring. I like all chocolate so hard to narrow.

  11. Oooh, love this card. So vibrant and happy. My favourite indulgence at Easter would have to be Hot Cross Buns lavished with Jam and Whipped Cream. I can feel the kilos already.

  12. Great card. Fab colouring.

Indulgence would have to be Hot cross buns - we go through a dozen a day - I have been buying them for a little while now. We have one fruit and one chocolate each a day. I have a stock of them in the freezer for after easter too! Then after Easter it is chocolate chocolate chocolate! Hope the dietian isn't reading this!

  13. Very adorable card and love your coloring!
My favorite would be sweet potatoe pie or cheesecake for Easter.
